Randeep Hooda Starrer 'CAT' Trailer Released

Netflix released the trailer of series CAT featuring actor Randeep Hooda today. Randeep Hooda will be seen as an informer of police officials. The trailer somewhat themes on crime and betrayal. 

Netflix captioned the ">trailer - "Apne bhraa de lai hor punjab de lai kedi hadd tak ja sakda Gurnam? Ki banu ao pher CAT? (up till what extend can Gurnam go to protect his brother and Punjab). Find out in CAT- a gripping story of brotherhood, espionage, power and more, releasing on 9th December, only on Netflix!"

The backdrop of the film is the drug situation in Punjab, and how youngsters are wasting their life in it. One can see the brotherhood in the film, as Netflix quotes- "Gurnam’s love for his brother knows no bounds. But, how far will he go to protect him? Find out in CAT- a gripping story of brotherhood, espionage, and power."

Balwinder Singh Janjua directed film is set to release on 9th December. Janjua in a report said that CAT is a very unique story and tells a story of relationships - be it family, friendship, or deceit!

Randeep Hooda as Gurnam Singh plays the role of a former informant, who is fierce yet calm. He is compelled to become an informant after his brother is arrested for peddling narcotics. Gurnam to protect his brother's future gets unintentionally involved in the underbelly of politics, corruption, and crime to bust a thriving drug cartel. It seems an action-pact film. 

The other actors in the series are Suvinder Vicky, Hasleen Kaur, Geeta Aggarwal, Dakssh Ajit Singh, Sukhwinder Chahal, KP Singh, Kavya Thapar, Danish Sood, and Pramod Pathal. All have them have prominent roles to play. The series is produced under Movie Tunnel Productions in association with Jelly Bean Entertainment, CAT will be available in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
